- 0 = All new class restricted
- 1 = restrict Ninja, Magic
- 2 = restrict Magic
- 3 = restrict Theater
- 4 = All class enabled

Where to change config for other school can't join party?
I already tried changing it on the default.charclass from 0 to 1 and 1 to 0 but can still join party with other school.
