This is the file
net\sf\l2j\gameserver\model\base\experience.java

(net\sf\l2j\gameserver\model\experience.java is unused, it has absolutely nothing with the levels nor the xp bar)

I did not add the level 100 because it shows level 0 in the main level info window (cp/hp/mp/xp bar window).
