Ok thanks for the share...
add info for this:

This is only useful for EP3 & EP4..but not on EP5...it is still 16bit decryptor...
To set the language for the english you have to set the "LANG=1" on language.ini file.

hahhahaah...!!!!! i use that RAN FE but when u decp the item,ini cannot read.only crow.
(matagal na ako nag use nyan pero pag decp mo ang item.ini hindi ma decp.try ninyu)
