From the Saga Revised dev SVN Changelogs
- Added drop-rate configuration.
- Fixed configuration for cexp/jexp/wexp rates. (Effects have not been tested)
- Modified database plug in it now uses transactions, and a single pooled connection.
- Added an automated system restore utility. If something funny happens to the database, e.g. connection lost, it will collect the characters pending information, and stores it in the ASR system. On reboot of the system, or by manual iterations, the characters data can be restored whenever the database has been restored.
- Added commands to detect which users are online. World server can detect characternames/playernames. Auth server can detect account names.
- Added some exception handeling in gateway server
- Gateway now doesn't show 'test' anymore
- Mapserver now doesn't show 'party split hate' and other random stuff used for testing
- Screenshots are now enabled.
- Mapserver had been added by 3 new commands: 'asr -create' to manually create a restore point of a character who is currently online. 'asr -restore' to manually iterate over all restore points and handpick them to restore. 'asr -repair' will detect missing data in the tables, e.g. blob value of additions missing, and restore this with default data.
- Quest derializing is now logged into the trace-log instead of output to the console.
- On server launch the automated system recovery will attempt restore all logged entries. Entries with more than 10 exceptions/failures will be skipped, already processed entries will be skipped. After the system has finished it's recovery it will autmaticly move the log. Use booleanswitch AutoMoveRestorePoints (default 1) to modify this behaviour. Also booleanswitch SkipPreviousHandledRestorePoints (default 1) can be used to modify the asr's defaults.
