[Share] Settingreader, dont know how it use for

when i wanna format my pc i got this file with name 2046.rar, untill now i dont know how to use n i forget where is file came from
i got from cn forum, may be it can decrpyt param.ini n setting.ini 2046 client


i'am still busy for making rancp ep4 [news page, reborn cp, admin cp[with gmcharedit], item mall] still stuck how to read binary file in sql to make gmcharedit in cp. maybe i share it when finish with this project.

as far as i know you can`t use PHP on ASP just guessing...:bad::bad:

yah you can edit the images of that
just get the pictures you want
then change them into the images folder in the CP folder
