While i was googling I found a program to open and even edit staticmesh. It is called deep exploration.

If u whant to edit your static meshes and to create new one you will need 3ds max 9 or maya.

a guide should be nice,but anyway,I am near it,I managed to import my own meshes into lineage2,thout when i equip weapon l2 crashes.I think i miss something
anywayz,waiting for a guide how to use right hemisphere
 
This program is to edit evoirment. And for that error make sure you saved it good keeping the same format.
I am not good enough with this program to make a guide sorry.
 
Downloaded the program, but does not pull. In what format remove? (removing the encoding or not?)

A shame, because All of the models - OK. Already 85 different models made. and the cities did (((

DeepCreator not open .usx only .raw, but raw, L2 nechitaetsya of tweezers.

Nothing is produced. deep explorer - did not understand format. ukx and. usx. A pull. Ase from. Usx I can not. Write please elaborate.
 
Man this is what i do and it works :
Decript
Extract the texture whit UTPD.exe
Open whit deep explorer
Edit
Import it in the main file
 
We do not understand each other. I have not talked about textures, and patterns of the houses. Textures and so I know how to do, change the model weapons and helmets with wings too. A change model cities and the houses can not. I think this program can import. USX and not. UTX.
