Shoot - lag and sometimes crash?

I've had a problem for a while. I dunno why it does it. Or anything like that. But, to the problem. Everytime ANYONE shoots in a room that I'm in, I lag for like 5 seconds, and sometimes even crash. My friend said it was my firewall, So I disabled it completely. Someone else said it was my antivirus, so I disabled that. It's happened with the past 3 GunZ clients I downloaded, including my OWN server. Any help? I'd be really grateful ^^. Add me on msn, [email protected], or aim, coolmandustin. Thanks in advance. :]

It's not my RAM, my RAM is godly. As for my video card, i can play fear with it, so it should be fine. I dunno. It's a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

I know it's uber crappy lol. :3
Anyways, DRGunZ DarkGunZ EuroGunZ etc all work o.o;;;;. It's just these two friggin' gunz, RebelGunZ and my own gunz D:! ;-;

Don't bump or double post >.> Anyhow, maybe the delays are too low? And maybe another thing... Maybe you accidentally messed up zitem.xml. Try replacing with a new working one temporarily and see if it works
