Shoutbox?

Im not too sure if this has been posted or not, or if there even is one, but I think there should be a shoutbox, so then people can contact tohers easier. If you like it comment saying yes, if you dont then leave.

Yes it has, and the answer is no and always have been NO.
We have PM for a reason. Besides this is a massive forum if you did not notice, having a shotubox will use most of its resources.
