Looks pretty good, although I would align the Search button more to the header image, so it isn't sticking out, and I'd also make the News & Updates section a little nicer as well, other than that 7.5/10.

Cool template. But there is some errors i guess. first: text layer in navigation bar should be on the top of gradient ever, but its no big deal.
