Skills not working Ascent

ok umm i used the basic of the Repack 2.4.2 server (yea bit old but meh) everything works fine it seems trainers and all can learn everything just fine i havnt got around to testing everything yet but Frost nova and 1-2other frost spells dont work... fire all work fine and the blink dont work for mages

anyone help me get these working? please before you flame or anything i did use search i couldnt find anything on it

also bit more info i have eddited it some changed a few thing sbut i didnt touch the skills till i checked to see if they worked first.
