She hasn't smoked for 2 weeks and she is going strong, but you never know, oh well at least it's better then my dad...
Oh yeah, he was a sad case, my dad doesn't smoke much, about 4 of his sigs have the same amount in it as a cig from a package, he smokes like 6-10 of those on a day, so that's like 1,5-2,5 normal.
1 day he wanted to stop smoking because well, even though he doesn't smoke much, you still got lots of bad things from it, bad breath, it's totally annoying in small spaces like cars, and it's not doing any good to his health either.
So he wanted to stop, but he said he would smoke everything he still had first, so after like 2 weeks he got it all smoked away, so i come down the next day, and guess what, he went to the stores early in the morning to get some cigs...
He didn't even lasted a day, better said he didn't lasted at all, because his last cig was the other day just before he went to bed, so nothing changed.
He is really easily addicted to stuff, i'm just glad he never shown any real interest in drinking, a alcoholic can cause so much mental and physical damage to theirselfs and others.

that's the body gettin used 2 it then almost relying on it (sort of (addiction)). I wouldn't recommend alcohol in large quantities on a daily basis, it made me a lil slower (react time etc). Sorted it out by drinkin more water, gettin more sleep and (obviously) laying off the booze.
