In the beginning you just don't need the nicotine, so you get something extra, but once you get used to it, then you need it to make your body feel normal.speedhorn666 said:that's the body gettin used 2 it then almost relying on it (sort of (addiction)). Sorted it out by drinkin more water, gettin more sleep and (obviously) laying off the booze. It works but takes fuckin ages lol
Cigs are just plain crap, it's just a big no, you might say it beats alcohol at larger amounts, but that still doesn't make smoking any better, it's just crap.
