so easy .. first make backup for all files .. tnen try replace green scarp file (weather)
and log game to see if give effects ..

this file for
1- sunshine
2- sky
3- snowing or sunny ..

after i read scarp file i found this 野猪区and this mean Wild boar District
and after little bit edits watch the different
