[Solved] Aging Problem

Ok i went through and i used the aging tool that is given in the server files, well i fixed all my rates to my liking ect. ect. but then to come across that they dont work ingame. Can anybody give me any help? Maybe a new tool..or something im doing wrong..thx

I was also just trying to do it manually, it says all rates are at 0% but it keeps failing and i dunno why, really annoying...
