My server is rose evo rev80

I want to know how to edit npc, or make one custom npc with my wanted items sold in? And is there a item list? like showing item ID:4014 is Potion or something like this?

And any1 know how to edit /go places? I open up and i'm confused, the places hav more than one, and it has different maps listed in /go. Like Shady jungle > Marsh Ghost???

Is there a tutorial on how to edit/customize evo roses?

I'm requesting latest webCMS, i checked the released section but all sites aren't working for me, can some one upload one at mediafire? Thank you.

It is hard and confusing to most how to edit the npc's for evo.
This is why most people are using the irose server because it is alot easier to customize your server to your liking.

Oh, but where can i get irose server files?... the rosefiles.com is unavailable for me
