Some mangos questions

I installed Mangos 3146 & used SDB 0.6.1 Full DB. I setup mysql5, php, apache, phpmyadmin and everything works. I updated to 1.12.1.
1. Do I have to install any hack patches? or just edit all wtf files?
2. My server is 1.12.1 now aint it?

Yes just edit realmlist.wtf.
