Some players on my server cant join.

Hello some players on my server get that error when they try to join game:

They tried to reinstall for like 5time, also they did everything corret but problem is still here, anyone know what that is?

they probable have the updated hackshield folder

make sure you have the old hackshield folder in your auto updater

nope thats not the problem, they cant download just patch ... only avavible file is client+patch.

lol delete filelist.txt and then run kalonline.exe ( or wich ever launcher u have) and let him update

as i saw,that error start while server is offline. That happens to me,when server is off ^^

no its not matter if server is online or offline like 10guys keep getting that error and i dont know how to help them

the porblem on it is just u need to use old client hshield and not the new client hshield
