soul/ghost effect on mobs beheading (answer plox)

how to get the soul/ghost effect working on mobs when they get beheaded ? hope u understand me answer me plz

HIGH_EFFECT=1
HIGH_EFFECT2=1

MainConfig.txt(serverside)
AgeLimit = 15

this will get ur effect working ^_^
