Looks more like an portal, because it doesn't have any features on the website, usually gunz websites has things like hot items, top 5 player ranking, top 5 clan ranking and alot more...

This is a great design concept and definitely better than the current design of spectralgaming. Here, I can only watch the imagined hence , its impossible to check features and it looks really impressive. I like the concept of building a new website design.
