There has been some topics like these try reinstalling your SQL studio or search the forums how to fix.

Did you remember to replace to generic instance names for your own? (XXXXXX/SQLEXPRESS) and also your registry has to be correct or SQL.dll will pretty much waste your time.

i think its XXXXXXXXX\SQLEXPRESS not / sorry. hope im right

check your hotuk that it has 3 ports in it
if yes then i guess its from the IIS has something missing in permissions check the asp.net section
