SQL Problem with the CentOs installed Cabal..

What shall i type in the lines: (The red text is my problems i think)

Enter MSSQL server IP: (192.168.0.102 is windows ip, 192.168.0.103 is linux)
Enter MSSQL DB username: ?

I use windows auth to login, tryed SQL Server Auth but then i can't connect ? :/

Enter MSSQL password: ?


Im trying to set it up for myself to test skin textures so i want it to be LAN not WAN connection.

Also, after i've configured the files, what shall i do, edit the iternal.ini and im ready to play ?
(allready registered accuont)
