Make sure the mysql has a username set for @%, Like root = localhost always, But depending on your settings it may not be connecting properly and you have to make sure mysql-nt.exe is running on her computer(Its a service, It should start on boot.)

So make an account for yourself, like ryaku, and give that user access to roseon db (Or whatever database you have) Plus make sure mysql is running, Also check the port mysql is using :x

If everything is default, If could just be mysql didn't start.
 
I would recheck a site like ipchicken.com and start>run>cmd>ipconfig to see if the wan or lan IPs have changed at all.
