Stat cap?

Is there a possible way to change the stats cap from 260 and above without gems? I can only add up to 260 stats and some thigns need way more than that, how do I change the cap, thanks.

There should be something in one of the configs that says "MaxStat" or something of the sort. It changes the overall cap for everyone.
