stats.xml (Help)

Ok i cant seem to figure this one out.Im tryign to get my pomm working but it seem's im not sending my xml to the right place.Could soem one tell me how i should do it.My file is at
C:\xampp\htdocs\stats
So what do i put in teh stats dumper in my ascent config?
\Any help would be great
