Hi i would like to have a step by step guide on how to create an priston tale server, i've read abit of old posts but i find it way to messy, so i was wondering if someone here could contact me via email and we can get togheter and talk via msn later step by step on how to create the server,


ps: someone with all the files i need would be great.

theres actually one guide that does teach u and then from there ur on ur own.

Well i spinded 5 hours on it...i maybe missed osme details...but the guide is Veryyy good!

to be honest.. id personally say "wait"
dont bother wasting your time setting up a server yet
from your first impression of not being able to work your way around the guides in the stickys, i would say u dont have a very technical mind (i dont mean anything by this, this stuff is only easy if u know what your doing)
and if you arnt adept in some way with this sort of things you will just end up getting frustrated, because no half decent working files have been released yet

just my opinion and i mean no offence by it
i would suggest setting up an MU server and using that as start to getting to know how servers work
also another easy set up is WoW, very easy to set up and very easy to manage, from starting of with simple programs, u can easily work your way up to understand code and learning to hex etc, making your server hosting life alot less stressful.. lol

i did this type of server first and then i quit and played wow.

and tried that.

lol i found WoW alot easier than this actually.. i find all emulators extrememely easy.. the most of the problems will reside in the database which is easy to loacte and fix, i actually still have my server for WoW but its very outdated now.. lol
