3. i want to record a vocal song and the microphone is plug on the stereo, and record it to pc.

thank will be all.

any idea on how to set this things up?
i already have an RCA cable

anyone knows how to do this?

thanks ion advance

hey there, i had a konzert amplifier stereo, my problem is i cant record a sound from microphone thats been plug on the stereo

Well...

Look for a front input card with the SoundBlaster series if your looking to go at it that way.

My current setup with the Fatal1ty Soundcard will recieve input from Left/Right RCA stereo speakers, also dual 1/4", and Optical, and is able to record them in perfect sound quality with no hiccups or burps.

@jpbaloga

yep the stereo had an aux and aux rec.
this is what i've done so far, i plug a 3.5mm on pc which is line in and plug the end of it to the earphone jack of the stereo, plug a microphone, wholla i can record my voice. BUT the sound quality is not good, its distorted and so noisy.

is there another way to connect it?

@Sardaukar

thanks for the link, its a great sound card, but im on a tight budget, :(
but thanks tho..

Thats sound compression at its finest..

Your probably hooking a 1/4th inch input into an 1/8th inch input on yrou microphone line.. I have run all kidns of tests to figure out a way to do this, and the only proper way to get the right sound hookup is to get an amp for it to kick it back up to high quality on the 1/8th inch.. and is sadly a bad way to go in yoru current situation.. I will research a cheaper more viable means of doing this for you.... I still do stand by the Fatal1ty card though, works wonders.. but budget is a budget, so I will see whats available out there for your needs =)

@username1

stereo output, what you mean is where i plug my speakers on the stereo?

Yep, on common setups thats where you woudl do it..

on slightly more advanced versions with seperate cables for each speaker and you 'tie it in' with the back of your system, you will use the headphones out or an audio left/right with a 2x 1/8th inch to 1x 1/8th inch adapter.. or whatever size youll be using.. pretty much a Y shaped cable from both speaker outputs to your computer with an extension line if wanted.
