Stoplogin command don't work L2O

Hello,
I've been trying to use the //stoplogin command but it doesn't work.
I can kick a user, but when i tried to stop a user from login, it just would't work.
Have anyone tried this command? Is it working?

these didnt work for me either

//stoplogin playername
//stopsay playername timeinminutes

any one knows why is that?

The stopsay works. it just doesnt return a "done" message. Stoplogin has something wrong whenever linked to the DB. How can you fix this?
