Stuck ad Loading Items

Ok guys so i use Mangos rev 4371 and i have a problem ... check out the log

and it stucks there ... dunno why (i have 3 GB Ram , SQL has no problems and everything is perfect ... but the server doesn't start .

Can anybody tell me what's the problem ... ?
