I can't enter the character selection i'm always stuck with "Now Processing" after clicking the server

Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. The forum will be a state of read only until we install our new drives and rebuild all the configurations needed. Please follow our Facebook page for updates, we will be back up shortly! Are you trying to connect on localhost? If so check the server.properties in gameserver configs and network properties in gameserver/loginserver configs

open player>playerbag and delete all. make it ` [] ` nothing else in it . (carefull need to chose edit if you are doing it with robomongo else you will delete all database)
