Stupid Web Buffer issue...

I set my website up(using hamachi cause only local people can play) and i put the buffer on there.
I can access it perfectly fine. Problem is, after i login to it and choose my character it says that the buffs were added!!! Now i go and login and my character has no buffs.....
WTH?
Anyways i thought it was because my account was an admin, so i made a normal account and it still said it was added but i don't have them when i login, is there something i am missing or screwed up on?
mysql user root
password (i dont have one)
db name is flyff
just wondering if someone who is more experienced could set it up for me and give me a download link.

The link does work. I just checked it. Works perfectly.
