• Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Totally agree, but i think "requests" should be help/guides as lets face it that's what will happen.

Just confirming whats been said is true. I've made it well known that these sub-sections are very urgent so something will be done asap, thanks for being patient.
