The box to the right takes away a lot of focal from the person, and the wing just seems awkwardly placed. :O
Good work on the colors though. ^^

Dont like the wing nor the right box...
Try to erase some of the wing and duplicate it, then go to filter and blur the orginal layer and drop the transperity of the duplicated layer D Just trying to help
