SUPPORT PLEASE: my known issues

I tried but couldn't find...

So., i'm havin these known issues and i can't solve them:

A) Sometimes, if i equip and log off, when I re-log my equips are on store.

B) I can't put the server in a Public IP.

Could you please tell me how i fix these issues?

BTW, I'm using LGGunZ DB, Server and Client, with DavD Runnable (what is said to fix AE). If you have better files, please link they to me.
