Swap characters' heads?

I have a project to completely change the body, voice, animations, effects of the game

but I came across a difficulty that I honestly don't know I'm blind or very dumb, I can't find which files change the character's full head...
Example: remove head from Mechanic to Archer
(Of course this is just an example)
does anyone have an idea how to do this?
armor is so simple...

Open teh head type you want, change the ase link to the model you want.
Mmh-A01.inf = Knights head type 1
Naming scheme is
M = Morion
m = Male
h = Head
A = Char Type
01 = Head Type

Be careful with what you do as the bone/animation is bound in the files, if they dont match character will begin to stand buggy
