System error caused log in fail

but i always prompted by this when trying to log-in.

Check RanUser from your SQL server... If your server is new and have no data try to restore from a fresh RanUser.

try to change your ran laucnher. I encounter that kind of errror when i change my server data. Check the version of your ran launcher.... About the character log in failed if you are using ep4 database be sure your password is converted to md5 hash....ep4 batabase is not like ep3 bd, coz in ep3 db when you open your sql server and you look in db.userinfo you c exactly the password you type, its not like in ep4 db, if you type a pssword like "test" you must c the passsword in these format

test= 033bd94b1168d7e4f0d in md5 hash try this if you can log-in in the game....when you enter the pass just type test
BTW, ALSO CHECK YOUR CONFIG FOLDER A SLIGHT CHANGES IN THERE GIVES YOU THAT KIND OF ERROR.... TRY TO LOOK AT YOUR RANMANAGER. AND TRY ALSO TO CLICK THE CONNECT BUTTON ON THE FILED SERVER AND AGENT SERVER......

try to check your database especially your RanUser.

or maybe change your database, find another database, coz i already encounter that problem last three years ago.

don't be confuse, try and try until you perpect your server files, ok.

The Problem Seems To Be Unknown....... I Got The Same Error.... My server went corrupt and I restored my windows from beginning. I started the server from scratch and use the same client and Data from my last server before. But This error occur. I am doing the same method as I did to my last server before with but this time with this error. Please provide more info TQ.
