install: (updated with fixes)
extract to c driver or whatever:



1open up sql2000 make database: tank with a user:tanky And password:1111






2 exacute: tanky.sql (if you dont know how to do this ask me)







3.In your control panel under admin tools open odbc and make a new system dsn with the name:qtank




4.In the serverfiles open up ServerSetup.dat and change the following:

[LOGINSERVERIP]
IP =127.0.0.1 <-to your ip (127.0.0.1 or whatever) i would do local first
[SERVERDATA]
SN = 2 <- leave this is the number of game rooms
NAME = RAGEZONE TEST <- name you want





5. for those of you who dont know how to edit datebase tables ask me but you need to open up table userdata and add a user.




6.Now that your set open up ClientSetup.dat im your client folder and change the ip


your set now start both exe and login.

I can confirm, this server does work. I had one running a couple of months ago. The game just seemed boring to me.....

i have the same problem.

Use a download manager like wellget to download the client. I've got 120 connections going atm, works like a charm. And downloads a lot faster.
