Tera Server 1725 EMU compiled version

Hello guys. I'm from Russia and can help you with translation.

no need for translation...

but there will be no emu for russian client..
i downloaded the russian client.. and its revision 28.05 there is a datacenter.ru
but it will be not compatible to the 17.25 emu/client..
(you cant copy datacenter files and it works, datacenter files mostly work for 1-2 revisons +/-)
all other will crash the game

so there is no way to use the russian client with the only working 17.25 emulator..
you will have to wait for a 28.05 emulator or update from the russian client to 30.09
this one will work with my current 30.09 emulator.. but its in development stage..
i now got ingame and starting to complete the packets
so there is for now no current working emu version as the 1725 EU/NA (EN/DE/FR/US)
