Text in guide and help screen

this is my first and lame release on silkroad, is not a big thing but perfect for lazy people like me.

if you are tired of the empty guide and event windows, import this 2 files in media.pk2 (server_dep/silkroad/textdata)

notes: i was lazy and still need to finish some translatings (you can do it, is easy. used excel to open the files).
Forgot to translate "guild Exp" guide, and i bet some typos are around

note 2: if you have any custom MSG on the game, this files replace it, so take care

last note: this files fix the error (for some people) showing guild post "" at game window. now you can see your guild posts
