In years to come, i wonder what exciting technolgy will be around.
I'm amazed because i watch 'Back to the Future Alot' and all the Technogly
they have. Hehe.

It would be great to have,
Flying Cars. D:

miss techtv >.<...flying cars would be really expensive + the gas...would buy a airship =p..
typing using a halograpm keybord is not confortable, you would miss the clicking sounds =)

gas? we wont use gasoline for our car engine in the future, instead we use hydrogen as car gasoline ;)

Hyrdrogen is extremely flameable and to be used as a fuel it would be very unstable and if a spark happened it could cause a large impact around you. If you read about supernovas thats how they happen alot of the time. Although petrol is avaliable atm.

Current theorys explain that things can be held in suspended anamation with a simple formula so somone can actually create a star and then when the Sun dies out we will all have a small star to keep in our homes as a fuel for most things including light, it wont burn as by keeping it suspended it will produce enough heat and we will constantly have daylight unless we lock the star away. This theory isn't hard to belive if you have a large view on the solar system as it is actually possiable to make a small scale star die on earth whenever we like with a large laser.

In the future... Hmm now future technology is a very tricky subject. Some say there is no limit to technology (As we have seen huge advancements in recent years) OR will all this fancy technology and green power be too late? And will we all just be under water? In that case we would need to make people breathe under water or mate with fishes lol.

My idea for the future would be a game like a cyber world where you put on a helmet and your in a cyber world and you'd be IN the game fighting monsters and running around! :)

Stars need large amounts of gravity to keep themselves stable and not explode. If the star was in a house it couldnt keep itself contained and would explode. Sure we could make some sort of container for it but it would still be incredibly dangerous.

I prefer zero point energy. Basicly we would be pulling energy from the universe itself (or an alternate one to be more safe) This would be alot safer but probably be more difficult to do.

Flying cars are easy to do, all you need to do is create enough thrust to lift off the ground. As aircraft engines increase creating even more thrust and material weight decrease will will eventually be easy to do. The problem is controling them, if humans tried to control one fully it would most likely craft into things. Large aircraft are hard enough but are stable because of there size, even though they do have alot of terbalence at times. So it will all be controlled by computers, plug in your destination and wait :)

I personally think the biggest thing will be us turning into a race of cyborgs. As computers increase in complexity, when they can design themselves fully and keep doing it increasing there speed. They will become ALOT smarter than us. Humans being humans will get scared and try to stop them, computers being smarter, stronger and more resilient will beat us.

How i see it we have two choices, stop advancing computers and become stagnent. Most increases in...everything? in the passed what 30 years have been computer based. Just stopping would make us become stagnent and just wouldnt work. Or we could incorarate computers into ourselves, become cyborgs. Im personally all for it, being able to download information into our minds, being able to *talk* to people wirelessly, increased strength speed. Deseases will become computer viruses and biological ones will be cured by nanobots. Essensially we will hopefully become the borg, try to advance ourselves by absorbing new information from other species.

Or use electro magnets to make cars float evenly and then as the magnets on the car move the car moves forwards, only disadvantage is differnt terrains but i'm sure the human race will become dommaniant and destroy alot of the country side eventually.

In the future we will all have a mandatory population control shot (kills us within a certain amount of time), everything will be controlled and regulated, it will be illegal to stand in direct sunlight due to huge holes in the ozone, all the space on the planet will be used up and the only animals and plants that haven't been wiped out will be those owned by large corporations, giving them direct power over everyone. etc.

I presume you dont know how magnets work. You cant just make stuff hover using magnets, it needs two magnets, one above and one below. If you made all roads the cars would just flip over and become attached to it. Also any hard drive or magnetic storage screw up near them, its very impratical.

However putting the magnets around tracks works, thats what mag-lev is.

I dont think we will destroy all country side. Theres already loads of crap going on about the enviroment, if someone started to destroy all the country side theyd be linched for it.
