Something I'm currently working on, I plan to do the entire interface this style with a few xml changes, this client is 2008 I believe because it was a frame login before I changed the xml:

Permission Based Administration Panel (Joomla Template) with 57 functions as we speak.
The file where all functions are stored is about 220KB (3000+ lines).
