I am testing always my port there since 3 years.

test your MSSQL Server's port. Must be 1433 and 1434

I got this

Reason Given: Connection refused
More about this error: This essentially means that the port is open to the internet but has no services associated with it. There is no firewall protection on this port.

But my sql server is running x.x

I think if u don't have TCP/IP or Named Pipe support in MS-SQL, it won't receive connections right?
