I was going past all my files and found many tools I had collected for PWE games and since I am leaving PWE Development I am going to share 1-3 new tools every day with you guys till I have no more.

This tool is great to make a perfect DDS icon file. It will automatically generate the icon_list.txt as well. All PWE developers should use this, will work for Forsaken World, Perfect World , Jade Dynasty etc... does not matter what version it will work since is just working with PNG , DDS , txt files.
