I'm sick and tired of everyone saying "Server Management Studio Express" is required to edit your Databases. There are plenty of alternatives out there, and actually some of them are made so you can only work through queries, which may seem like a foreign idea to most of you trolls, but it helps you learn the language of SQL pretty quickly. My two favorites so far are
Universal SQL Editor -
Lightweight, supports table draw and macro insert/replacing functions, 100 times better than SMSE, and almost looks the exact same. Doesn't fag up your computer.
Query Express -
Your absolutely no frills editor. All it is, is a simple query input/output system that you have to actually LEARN SQL QUERY LANGUAGE TO USE. Very good if you ever plan on editing some of the procs or making your own procs later on in the development of your server. You won't get far without learning SQL.
SMSE SUCKS, STOP USING IT.
