Do you even know how much power that the current systems have for graphics? Not as much as you think. Look at the PS2 when it first came out. It was better than computers and now look at it? It's can even compare to it.

So in 2010 you'll have great looking games on the PC but don't expect the same for the console.

Also not to mention the Wii itself has a last gen GPU in it. It's only about as powerful as the original xbox. And you don't expect that to render realistic graphics now do you?

Not to mention the x360 will probably be replaced in 2010 as that's the plans from MS. They want to release the 3rd xbox 5 years after the current one. And that means in 2010 it'll be the next one.

And for the PS3. It has a weak GPU compared to computers. It's GPU is that of one that was released back in 2005 and is no where near the levels of today's computer ones.

So don't say they look far to ugly for games in 3 years from now. As simply. They will be ugly as they will be running on 5 year old hardware to begin with!
