Total newb at making a server....Can anyone help?(I cant find the grandmasta tut)

I was reading a post on here from another poster. He was a total newb like me and someone suggested
that it wasent hard and to goto grandmastas tut(Im sorry if I get the name wrong) and follow it word for word..

So I cant find it and I wanna make my own server.... I could use any help in this area as I am a dummy
and have no idea what im doing....

Can anyone direct me to a simple tut possibly??

I found this site that has a simple tut. But its confusing...

It says the world is created but thats it..
