Travia server up, dont see code

Help me pleaze.
files .ini to klient make all 3000 (no conect), 3333 (not see code), 4000 (failed connect server).
My properties in sql
table SERVER010TL port 3333 (world-ip)
table SERVER030TL port 4000 (all rows)
table SERVER040TL port 2050 (server-port) 3111 (server-authport) 5140 (server-billport)

where mistake?

I downloaded the client from your Web site, but I'm having problems logging into the game. The game gets as far as the map showing on the screen, but an error message appears related to your Travia.exe file and the screen picture becomes strange. Is the client on your Web site the correct one? Please post a valid URL for a correct client. Thanks.

i have a problem becouse im geting 5 sometimes 6 stat points and 1 skil point? is that the wey it should be ? and another thing that the drop is realy week can you incrase it plz
