btw i am very interested in capoera as i love watching the moves as they involve so much skill and control Unfortunately i dont have the time atm to go and train in the art as im training for a number of fight nights and competitions but after those i will have more free time and ill look for somewhere to learn i may even go gymnastics 1st

Trying to figure out some more aerials (au sem mao)..... It's kinda hard to do something new :|

just downloaded the codecs and watched them
very cool moves there, i can do the one where you put ur arm down and kinda roll and kick the the opposite leg but thats about it hehe
I specialise more in the actuall fighting atm punching kicking throwing grappling etc but id love to start doing more stuff involving flips etc
btw how did u get into the martial arts and who do you train with/under

Hmmm 'bout 12 years ago i started training kung-fu in local dojo called "Red Dragon". I've trained it for 3 years and got a bit bored. Started to search for some less known martial art dojo and ended up in Okuyama Ryu Aiki Ju-Jutsu shool. That one im still training. Got my first dan about half a year ago. Simultanously im training Capoeira, as that martial art has always been fascinating me. Also im self-learining the TrickZ which are based on martial arts i know. Now im working on some more aerials, coz i can do enuf of gainers. Trying to add some trickz with blunt weapons too.

Hah... u need some practice. But its not that hard as it looks.
