It's easy all you have to got before doing this is:
Navicat


First:
Find your "charters" Database and right click it there should come up "design Table" Choose it and it Opens thing like this:

Fix That Level
to
Name:Level
Type:int
Leght:11
Decimals:0
Allow Null: YES
It Should Look Like This

This Turns Max Level to 255

i dont know this bug

edit: false section (or add [Release] tag)

The Bug is when you log off in titan and your over lvl 127 you will be rollbacked to 127 this fixes it...
