Here is a NOOB port forward tutorial...credits goes to me for making TUT and also to portforward.com...if they even care about credit :P

-(1) I would recommend going to go to: PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

-(2) Find your modem/router on the list...

-(3) Next you will see a list of games...don't bother looking for Runescape its not on the list...lol...anyways...just click one...can be any...

-(4) Now you will see a step-by-step tutorial on how to port forward ON THE GAME YOU CLICKED...well it is exactly like it BUT instead of putting the port it says you just put "43594" without quotes!!!

-(5) Then you click the "Add Definition" or "Add" (w.e it may may say)...

-(6) Lastly, choose the computer you will be hosting your RS Server on...

Example:

Wireless: Active
Jc'S lApToP
Hosting:
• Linage21
• Runescape
• Habbo

And there you go...u just port forwarded...

(A1) Port forwarding is when you open ports to allow others to access your files which is most commonly used when setting up a server, Remote Assistiance, etc...

(A2) You SHOULD port forward to allow others to play your server or game...

(A3) What do you mean by function?
