Chosen one? Lets start!
Step 1:
Download wamp, install and open...Left Click it Now click "Start All Services". Now click "Put Online".

Step 2:
Extract the CMS files to the www file. To open www file,left click on wamp,click "www directory" or directly open from Wamp file on C:\Program Files\Wamp\www\ or something like that.

Step 3:
Go in www file. Open the config and config2 file(with notepad) (config2 may not exists,don't worry). Now change the information(database name,ip,pass,host etc.) to your information.

Step 4:
You are almost done! Now time to customize your web page. You can do it from the PHP files. Example:
Click Homepage.php or Index.php
You will see some sentences. You may see it like different language if you don't know anything about HTML... Just change them.. If you are adding a page, don't forget to add it to "navigation.php" or something like that. Or you can't open it.

Step 5:
You success!!! Now you have a webpage for your Maple Story Private Server
